Refund policy

We want you to love your Glowva. If you're not happy, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

 

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

• Damaged or defective on arrival? Email us a quick photo and we'll send a free replacement — no need to return the item.

• Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
